Our women-focused tracks cover business registration, market access, financial management, negotiation skills and leadership development. We partner with women's cooperatives, market associations and community-based organisations to reach women where they are — and help them go further.
Youth Enterprise
Young people receive hands-on training in ideation, business modelling, digital skills and access to seed funding and mentorship networks. Our youth incubation programs have launched hundreds of micro and small enterprises across East Africa.
Leadership & Mentorship
Beyond technical skills, we invest in leadership pipelines — pairing emerging women and youth leaders with experienced mentors, providing public speaking and advocacy training, and creating safe spaces for peer-to-peer learning and accountability.
